Founded by Ms. Ivanique Kemp—Track & Field Olympian, Women’s Rugby player, Bodybuilding competitor, Certified Fitness Personal Trainer and passionate health advocate—Focused Nutrition was built to inspire Bahamians to make health, fitness, and wellness their lifestyle.
Our Story
In October 2023, Focused Nutrition began as a home-based business, created to make high-quality health supplements, vitamins, and fitness nutrition more accessible and affordable. Bahamians needed a convenient option with reliable online shopping, doorstep delivery services, and a wide variety of trusted brands.
By July 2025, our dream grew into a reality with the launch of our first brick-and-mortar wellness store in Nassau, The Bahamas, under Focused Fitness Bahamas Ltd. Today, we proudly serve the Bahamian community with premium products, expert guidance, and a mission to transform lives through better health.
